一、安裝前準備工作Preparative works before installation.
1. 我方所提供的設備質量優良,嶄新未經使用,已通過出廠質量檢驗,包裝良好,適應長途運輸。
The product we provided is of high-quality, and in accordance with the quality standard set by the manufacturer. With fine packing, the equipment will keep all right in long distance transportation.
2. 發貨前7天,我方以書面形式將設備安裝的準備條件通知最終用戶,在得到用戶書面發貨要求後,我方將準時發貨。
We will notify the end-users about the preparation work of the equipment's installation before 7 days the consignment in writing form, upon the receipt of the consignment notification; we will deliver the goods in time.
二、質保期內所提供服務The service provided within the warranty period.
1.我們保證為貨物提供為期2年的保修,保修時間從驗收簽字起計算。在質保期內我方將嚴格遵守中華人民共和國的相關法律和法規對貨物提供“三包”等售後服務,除非合同另行規定。
We will provide 2 year of warranty period beginning from the signing of the certificate of acceptance, We will faithfully abide by the relevant laws, statutes and regulations promulgated by the People's Republic of China and provide “Three Guarantees” and other after-sales services concerning the Goods, unless stipulated otherwise in the Contract.
2.在保修期內由我方設備出現的故障,我方將在持續不斷48小時內響應,接到通知後3個工作日之內到現場服務,並必須連續進行維修,直至故障完全排除,設備完全恢復正常為止。在修理之後,我方將故障成因、補救措施、完成修理及恢復正常的時間和日期等報告給業主,報告一式兩份。
We will respond within continuous 48 hours concerning the malfunction of the equipments (non-artificial factors), upon receipt of the notice, we will provide on-site service within 3 working days. After the repair, we will submit a report in duplicate concerning of the cause, remediation measure, schedule etc.
3.我們在國內設有(或委託)永久性常駐維修機構處理所有維修服務,並配有專職的、具有三年以上相應工作經驗的技術人員。備品備件等供應充足完全可以滿足用戶十年所需。在委託國內永久性常駐維修機構承擔維修服務時,我們將提供具有法律效力的相關證明文件。
We have (or entrust) permanent facilities in China to provide repair and maintenance services stationed with professional technical personnel with three years of similar experience. The spare parts are sufficient to meet the needs of the users for ten years. If entrust permanent facilities in China to do such work, we will provide the relevant legally effective certificates.
4.在保修期結束時,我們將會派出專業工程師對設備進行一次測試,任何缺陷(非人為因素)由我方負責修理。
The engineers will take another test,we will be in charge of the repair upon any malfunction(non-artificial factor).
三、質保期後十年內所提供服務The service provided 10 years beyond the warranty period.
1.服務範圍: 我方將負責幫助需方維修設備在此期間出現的故障;提供設備所需的備品備件以滿足長期使用;
Scope of service: maintenance. supply of the spare parts. for a long term.
2.服務期限:質保期後十年內。
Service period: 10 years beyond the warranty period.
3.服務內容:設備維護維修,繼續培訓,備件供應
Content of service: maintenance, repair, continuous training,supply of the spare parts.
4.服務費用:視情況而定。
Service charge: subject to conditions.
5.不承擔內容:人為因素造成的損壞
Exemption of duty: artificial factor.
